Gmail and Google Calendar — read, write and send, so it can handle mail and scheduling. Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Tasks — read and edit what the owner asks it to work with. Only the owner's own account; no other data, no other accounts.
03Who runs it
One person, one account, one server. This is not a hosted service: there are no sign-ups, no other users, and nothing is collected about anyone but the owner.
